The soul of Südtirol
Arrived in Volta Mantovana in 2008, Eva and Stephan combined their love of cooking with their intense agricultural activity, offering a menu based on the traditional delicacies of their territory, the Südtirol. Their restaurant is a reference point for all the high Mantuan, for the quality of their dishes, the freshness of the ingredients and friendliness of the staff: it is difficult, during a meal, not to receive a warm greeting and feel in a family atmosphere.
The quality of the ingredients is the basis of their cuisine: each dish is an experience of taste and aromas. Particularly tasty are the cuts of meat cooked directly by Stephan and Eva’s desserts.

The variety of the cuisine and the inviting aspect of each dish could create an indecision on what to choose; for this reason we have formulated several tasting menus, allowing you to enjoy more dishes and take an experience inside the Tyrolean cuisine. All this is accompanied by a delicate selection of wines, including the “Rosso Civa”, made by Stephan with his own grapes, ideal for tasting the cuisine proposed.
